Why pay monthly when hosting can be free?
Free hosting only keeps the files online. Nobody installs security fixes, checks that your forms still send, renews your domain and padlock, backs up your site or tells you who visited. Our care plan does all of that, and changes are done for you by email.
Can my website get hacked?
Many hacked small business sites run WordPress with an out-of-date plugin. We build without WordPress, plugins or a database, so there is far less to break into, and every site sits behind an enterprise-grade security network. We also keep daily backups, so we can restore your site if anything goes wrong.
What does care cost?
$29 a month for sites up to 5 pages and $49 a month for bigger sites. Growth and Pro monthly plans already include care.
Can you look after a site someone else built?
Yes. We can take over hosting and care for a site built elsewhere, from $29 a month, with two changes a month included. Send us the link and we will tell you what we would fix first.
What happens if I stop paying?
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. If a payment fails and stays unpaid for 14 days, the site goes offline until it is paid. Your domain stays yours either way.
