Do I need to post on my Google Business Profile?
You don't have to, but it helps. Regular posts, fresh photos and replies to reviews show your business is active, and give people more reasons to call. Most owners mean to post and then get busy. That is why Care Pro, $149 a month, includes a post on your Google Maps profile every week, plus 2 new SEO articles a month. It is month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel.
How much does website maintenance cost for a small business?
Small business maintenance plans commonly run from about $35 to $300 a month, and many only cover WordPress updates. Ours start at $49 a month for hosting, security, backups and changes you email us, and go up to $199 for weekly Google work, SEO articles and review requests.
Can my website get hacked?
Most hacked small business sites run WordPress with old plugins. Ours have no WordPress, plugins or database, and care adds security updates and daily backups.
What counts as an update?
A change to a page you already have, like new prices, photos, hours or text. New pages and features are quoted before we start.
Can you look after a site someone else built?
Yes. Send us the link and we look after it on the care plan that fits its size.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time with 30 days' notice, and there is no minimum term on monthly plans. Your website and domain stay yours: we hand over every file and login, help you move to hosting in your name, and transfer your domain free.
